Kentucky State Police say 50 year old Cindy Huthinson was found Tuesday afternoon by the Fort Smith Police Department. She is currently held in the Sebastian County Detention Center with no bond and has a court appearance scheduled for Monday.
Hutchinson was wanted after Marion Police found 89 year old Leonard Roberts, who had apparently been assaulted and had been stabbed in his East Depot Street residence. He was pronounced dead at the scene by the Crittenden County Coroner.
