A criminal mischief complaint at a Daviess County business has led to an arrest.
            Kentucky State Police investigated the incident at Premium Allied Tool on Highway 54 in Philpot.  They claim someone had got out a large window as well as reporting damage to a vehicle, all occurring sometime over the weekend.
            They also stated a young man approached them asking questions about the incident.
            KSP’s investigation led to the arrest of Layton P Lee, who was charged with first degree criminal mischief.  He was lodged in the Daviess County Detention Center.
