A reminder from the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department…  don’t leave tip money in your newspaper boxes designed to go to your delivery persons.
            According to the department, several people have reported that the money did not make it into the right hands; instead, it went into the hands of thieves.
            The Sheriff’s Department advises people to make other arrangements to ensure that the money makes it to the right person.
