Evansville Police arrested a man Wednesday morning who was charged with a series of vehicle break-ins.
            Roger Rogers was taken into custody early Wednesday on unrelated warrants during a traffic stop on the City’s west side.
            A check of the vehicle found alleged items that belonged to victims from vehicle break-ins that occurred just prior to his arrest.
            Rogers was charged with three counts of theft.
            Evansville Police say Rogers was released from prison in March after serving time for breaking into cars in and around Evansville in 2009.
