For the week leading up to the very busy Thanksgiving week, Kentucky State Police reported only five deaths on Kentucky roads.
            None of the fatalities occurred in the region.
            Through November 18, 641 people have now died on Commonwealth roads, which is eight less than this time last year.
            KSP, and other local law enforcement agencies will increase their patrols around what is usually a very heavy travelled Thanksgiving holiday.
