Hopkins County Schools Receiving Special Permission Attendance Requests

Forms are available for Hopkins County students who are seeking to attend a school outside their attendance zone. Completed requests are due by the end of the school day on Friday, Feb. 22.
Special Permission Attendance Requests for students who will be in 1st-12th grades must be turned in to the school where the student is currently enrolled. These forms are for Hopkins County Schools' students seeking to attend a school outside their attendance zone.
These requests must be filed on an annual basis, and special permission students are accepted only if class size permits. Transportation will not be provided. Applications will be reviewed by the school principal.
The deadline for kindergarten special permission and out-of-district request forms is April 26.
Links to the forms are available in the news section on the Hopkins County Schools website, www.hopkins.kyschools.us.
