One person is dead, another in serious condition, as a juvenile was charged in the alleged Sunday night shooting in Hopkins County.
            At 9:51pm, KSP reported the incident on Dalton Road.
            45 year old Rose M Riley was pronounced dead at the scene by the Hopkins County Coroner.  Her husband, 51 year old Keith R Riley, was flown to the University of Louisville where he is listed in serious condition.
            A juvenile has been charged with murder and attempted murder and lodged in the Warren County Regional Juvenile Detention Center.
            An autopsy is scheduled today (Monday) in Louisville.
            Kentucky State Police are still investigating the shooting.
