A juvenile has been charged with the Wednesday afternoon arson at an Owensboro business.
            Owensboro Police arrested a 16 year old after an investigation led them to believe he allegedly started a fire around a window located at Wilkerson Plastering and Acoustics at 300 Lucas Avenue.
            The damage has been ruled suspected arson.
            The juvenile was charged with first degree arson and is currently at the Warren County Juvenile Detention Center.
