MCC Mine Rescue Teams Wins in Indiana Competetion

The Kentucky Coal Academy - Madisonville Community College Mine Rescue Team was the Overall Winner at the 2012 Indiana State Mine Rescue contest held in Vincennes, Indiana, the week of June 4.

Team members from Alliance Coal, Armstrong Coal and KenAmerican Resources make up a team that finished 1^st Overall, 2^nd in Mine Rescue, 2^nd in Pre-shift, and 2^nd in Bench. Congrats to Chris Williams and Patrick Gomez from Sebree Mining LLC for the individual awards in pre-shift and bench divisions of the contest.
