A Madisonville man was transported to Regional Medical Center this (Tuesday) morning after a one vehicle crash in Hopkins County.
            According to Kentucky State Police, 80 year old Claude Agent was south bound on US 41 A, two miles north of Nebo, when he apparently crossed into the north bound lane, left the shoulder of the road and struck a utility pole head-on.
            Agent was transported to the emergency room for his injuries in the 9:45am crash.
