Henderson Police have arrested a man on charges following a traffic stop Saturday night.
Just before 11:00pm, police stopped 31 year old David W Poff of Henderson for allegedly disregarding a stop sign at the intersection of 3^rd and North Green Streets.
           Poff was arrested for a third offense of operating a motor vehicle under the influence, a third offense of driving on a DUI suspended license and disregarding a stop sign.
           He was lodged at the Henderson County Detention Center.
