A traffic stop in Madisonville Thursday afternoon led to a foot pursuit then an arrest.
            Kentucky State Police reports a trooper tried to pull over a vehicle on Hall Street just before 4:00pm.  The vehicle pulled over on South Harrig then the driver left the car and fled.
            KSP and Madisonville Police began a search and later found 22 year old Courtney D Williams of Hopkinsville on South Daves Street.
            Williams was arrested and charged with no registration plate, no insurance, operating on a suspended license, 2^nd degree fleeing/evading and execution of a warrant for another agency.
