A man has been arrested and charged with murder, and other charges, stemming from a fatal crash that occurred in October last year.
            The Ohio County Grand Jury returned indictments on 45 year old Kevin Frame.  Kentucky State Police served the warrants today (Thursday).
            The charges are a result of a crash that took place on Sunday, October 21 on Highway 2713.  The collision resulted in the death of Michael Kassinger.  Others, including Frame, suffered injuries in the crash.
            Frame was charged with murder, three counts of first degree assault, operating a motor vehicle under the influence, first degree wanton endangerment and failure to wear a seat belt.
            He is lodged in the Ohio County Detention Center.
