A Cromwell man has been arrested on several charges following allegations he had raped a juvenile in 2008 and 2009.
            Kentucky State Police received the complaint from a female who was then thirteen at the time. 
            The Ohio County Grand Jury heard the case on January 28 which issued indictments against 25 year old Carl J Henderson.
            He was arrested today (Friday) on two counts of second degree rape, two counts of second degree sodomy and eight counts of first degree unlawful transaction with a minor.
            Henderson is being held in the Ohio County Detention Center.
