A Crime Stoppers tip in Owensboro has led to the Monday arrest of a man on a sex crimes charge.
            At 11:05am, Owensboro Police arrested 30 year old Jason J Rittenhouse on a charge of use of a minor under eighteen in a sexual performance, which is a class C felony.
            Detectives say Rittenhouse was in alleged possession of explicit photographs of a seventeen year old female, with whom he was an acquaintance.
            Rittenhouse is lodged in the Daviess County Detention Center.
