Owensboro Police are investigating a burglary at a pharmacy and another attempted burglary that recently occurred. Around 11:30pm Thursday, September 20, King Drug and Home Care on Carter Road reported an attempted burglary had occurred. Not items were taken there as Police say no apparent entry was made. Shortly before 1:00am Sunday, medication and money were reportedly taken from Nation’s Medicines on Burlew Blvd. A portion of a surveillance video from one of the incidents is posted on the Owensboro Police web site.
