Owensboro Police say they have arrested 19 year old Zackary T Wathen after an investigation led authorities to discover alleged videos showing minors engaged in sexual content on a laptop Wathen owned.
He has been charged with three counts of possession of matter portraying sexual performance by a minor.
Wathen is lodged in the Daviess County Detention Center.
