The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet plans to close KY 1594 in UNION County on Monday, December 3, 2012. 
 
KY 1594 will be closed at mile point 2.055 to allow the replacement of a cross drain.
 
This closure point is between KY 56 at mile point 0.0 and KY 947 at mile point 2.293.
 
The roadway is expected to close at approximately 8:00 a.m., CST, just after the morning school bus run.  It is expected to reopen to traffic by about 3:00 p.m., Monday.
