Semi Crash Causes Injuries to Driver Wednesday in Daviess County
A portion of the US 60 Bypass at the Audubon Parkway in Daviess County was shut down Wednesday after a tractor-trailer crash. Kentucky State Police reports 35 year old Billy J Tindle of Hawesville experienced a panic attack and blacked out, causing him to lose control of his semi. The rig struck an embankment causing the load of aluminum ingots to shift and spill out across the exit ramp and bypass after overturning. Tindle was extricated then transported to Owensboro Health Regional Hospital for his injuries from the 11:30am crash. The road was reopened at 3:30pm.
