Madisonville Police responded at 1:30pm to the pool and arrested 46 year old Robert Redfield after he allegedly pulled a gun on a car.
Police say Redfield brought his daughter Jordin Faulk from Simpsonville, South Carolina to take custody of Faulk’s daughter. The daughter was with her father, Michael Faulk at the City Pool.
After the daughter was taken from the pool, a scuffle between the two men began. After the disturbance, police say Redfield allegedly brandished a handgun and began to point it in the area of a vehicle where the three Faulks were in.
Officers arrived on the scene about the time the scuffle had ended.
Redfield was charged with first degree wanton endangerment and felony custodial interference.
Madisonville Police say the investigation is ongoing and additional charges are pending.
