A vehicle, reported stolen by the Owensboro Museum of Science and History, has been found, and an arrest was made.
An off duty KSP trooper saw the stolen van Thursday afternoon. The vehicle was intercepted in the Kroger parking lot on Frederica Street in Owensboro.Owensboro Police recovered the vehicle and arrested 56 year old Russel D Taylor of Owensboro on charges of receiving stolen property over three hundred dollars, operating a motor vehicle on a suspended or revoked license and failure to wear a seatbelt.
