A wanted man was arrested in Daviess County from a traffic stop Thursday evening.
            At 6:00pm, the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department stopped the vehicle on Graham Lane for alleged speeding.
            The driver initially gave a false name, but after an investigation they found the person to be 23 year old Kevin L Chinn of Owensboro.
            He was wanted Ohio County on a number of charges including five counts of incest, three counts of use of a minor in a sexual performance, eight counts of unlawful transaction with a minor and other theft and burglary counts.  He was also charged with five other burglary counts out of Daviess County.
            Chinn was lodged in the Daviess County Detention Center.
