Kentucky State Police are looking for a Webster County man they say murdered his estranged wife Tuesday night.
            Billy C Utley is considered armed and dangerous after allegedly shooting his Theresa A Utley with a high powered rifle inside a vehicle.  She was pronounced dead at the scene.
            Detectives have followed up on several leads in Webster, Union and Henderson Counties and they say a murder warrant has been issued for Utley.
