A woman that allegedly refused to leave from an Evansville bar early Wednesday morning, ended up leaving with police to jail.
            At 3:20am, Evansville Police were called to the Time Out Lounge at Washington Square Mall where they found 40 year old Latonya Harris.
            As officers were trying to get Harris to leave, she allegedly punched an employee and was arrested for battery.  As Harris was walking to the patrol car she reportedly turned around and spat in the arresting officer’s face.
            Harris was charged with battery by bodily waste, simple battery and two failure to appear warrants.
