A Beaver Dam man was injured then charged following a one vehicle crash in Ohio County this (Monday) afternoon.
            According to KSP, 57 year old Anthony Black was on Taylor Mine Road, near Beaver Dam, when he failed to negotiate a curve, left the road and flipped several times before landing in a neighboring yard.
            Black was transported to Ohio County Hospital for his injuries in the 2:15pm crash.  He was also charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and possession of an open alcohol container inside of a motor vehicle.
