Early this (Friday) morning police apprehended 30 year old Paul Douglas Nance. He is believed to have committed a theft from a vehicle in the Country Club area.
Nance was charged with theft of a firearm by unlawful taking, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, giving an officer a false name and second degree criminal mischief.
Police say additional charges are pending.
