A Philpot man was arrested early this (Sunday) morning after a traffic stop in Daviess County.
            According to the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department, 34 year old Mark A Cecil was stopped on Boteler Road at State Route 144 for an elleged expired plate.  During the stop, alleged marijuana was found in the passenger seat, along with a .22 caliber rifle.
            Cecil was arrested and charged with a slew of drug and traffic offences.
