Alleged Threats Lands Evansville Man in Jail Tuesday

            An Evansville man has been arrested after he made alleged threats against the media Tuesday.
            Evansville Police and the ATF arrested 56 year old Larry Lee Deason after a tip was made that he was angry at the media and said someone may get hurt or killed.
            Three weapons were seized from Deason’s home.
            Deason is listed as a serious violent offender and is not allowed to possess any firearms.
            He was charged with being a serious violent felon in possession of a firearm and was lodged at the Vanderburgh County jail.
