Attached please find a copy of the letter from Governor Beshear to Lt. Col. James Delapp, Nashville District Commander with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, urging the Corps to work with you and other local officials/interested parties to find a reasonable solution to the issue of fishing below Barkley Dam. Further, the letter is copied to Kentucky’s Congressional Delegation, requesting their assistance in blocking the proposed Corps action.
