Kentucky State Police is asking the public for help in finding three men believed to be part of a multi-state fraudulent check scam. The three men, described as Hispanic and between the ages of mid-twenties to mid-fifities, have been suspected of cashing stolen checks throughout Kentucky, Arkansas, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, Virginia and North Carolina. They have typically used out of state identification cards or driver’s licenses. They stolen checks have been written for amounts between 950 and 999 dollars. Anyone with information on this case is asked to call KSP at 800-222-5555.
