Daviess County Man Arrested Tuesday on Forgery Charges

            A Daviess County man is lodged under a ten thousand dollar cash bond after being arrested Tuesday on forgery charges.
            The Daviess County Sheriff’s office arrested announced the arrest of 51 year old Dennis J Keaton of Owensboro on two counts of second degree forgery and two counts of theft by failure to make required disposition of property.
            Search warrants by the Sheriff’s Office and Kentucky State Police were served at the business of L & J Solutions, also known as Keaton Accounting and Tax Services on Salem Drive, as well as Keaton’s residence after he was alleged to have to have collected money from a client and used the money for himself instead of turning it over to the Kentucky Department of Revenue.
            Keaton was lodged in the Daviess County Detention Center.
