Driver Injured in Ohio County Crash Monday Morning



            A Perdue truck, loaded with chickens, overturned in Ohio County Monday morning, causing injuries to the driver.
            According to KSP, 37 year old Greg Pendley of Morgantown was entering a curve on the 17000 block State Route 136 when he lost control of the trailer and struck a guardrail and utility pole before landing on its side.
            The trailer was loaded with about 5,000 chickens.
            Pendley was trapped until he was extricated by the Hartford and Beaver Dam Fire Departments.  He was flown to Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville for his injuries.
