Madisonville City Administrator Franklin to Retire, Shockley to Assume Duties



     MADISONVILLE CITY ADMINISTRATOR MIKE FRANKLIN HAS ANNOUNCED HIS RETIREMENT, EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1ST

     FRANKLIN HAD PREVIOUSLY WORKED AS SUPERINTENDANT OF THE PARKS AND CEMETERY DEPARTMENTS. 

     MAYOR JACKSON ANNOUNCED THAT POLICE MAJOR CHARLES SHOCKLEY WILL BE TAKING OVER THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR POSITION.
